Q. What are the available colors?
A. Maroon or Flag Blue.
Q. Can I mix slipcase colors and logos with my order?
A. Yes, mix and match colors and logos. No additional costs.
Q. What are the outside dimensions of my storage box?
A. 8 5/8”width x 11 3/8”length x 3 1/8”opening.
Q. What are the inside dimensions of my storage box?
A. 8 1/2”width x 11 1/8”length x 3”opening.
Q. What is the difference between inside and outside dimensions?
A. Inside dimensions is the total empty space inside the slipcase Outside dimensions
is the actual size of the slipcase including the board thickness.
Q. What is the construction and materials used on my magazine storage boxes.
A. Heavy bookbinder's board (same board used on a lot of hard back books) covered
in a rich leather grained material that is washable and scuff resistant. Slipcases
have an indefinite shelf life.
Q. How many issues will fit in each slipcase?
A. Magazine storage boxes are sized to fit issues that are 8 1/2” x 11” or smaller
and have a 3” opening for maximum storage. We've found that the easiest way to determine
how many issues each slipcase will hold is to stack a year or two worth of issues
on your table. Take a measurement of the thickness. When you reach 3” you’ll have
a good idea of the number of issues per slipcase.
Q. How do the decorative labels with the magazine logos work?
A. Labels have a black background with either gold or silver magazine logo. Remove
the backing of the label to expose the adhesive and position where you wish on your
magazine storage box.

Include as much information as you can about the magazine. (Magazine name,
address, phone, email address, names of anyone you think we should speak with).
We would be happy to contact the publishing company for you. If things work out
we’ll send you the decorative labels when available. For now you can personalize with our card holders.
Q. How do the card holders work?
A. Card holders are 3” length x 1”height. There's is a white card with each holder.
Remove the card. Personalize as you wish, reinsert into the holder and your done.
Remove the backing of the card holder to expose the adhesive and position where
you wish on your slipcase.
Q. How do you ship and when can I expect delivery?
A. We use UPS for shipping. We ship twice a week, usually on a Tuesday and Friday.
Delivery is usually within a week after your order is shipped.
Q. Do you ship to P.O. Boxes
A. Since we ship UPS (which will not deliver to a P.O. Box) we prefer to ship to
a street address. If necessary, we will make a trip to the post office. Our customers
come first but a street address is the quickest and most efficient way we can process
your order.
Q. Do you ship outside USA?
A. yes, orders must be placed online only. Slipcase cost remain the same but there
is an additional cost of $12 per slipcase to cover the extra costs of postage,
handling and customs. Additional cost will be automatically applied at check out.
Payment must be made in US funds.
Q. What is the minimum quantity I can order?
A. One.
Q. Is there a price break on larger quantities?
A. Quantities from 10 to 20 (shipped within the USA) qualify for free shipping.

Q. Does one storage box slide into the other, totally enclosing the issues on all
sides?
A. No. Storage boxes have one end open. Issues slide in and out for easy access.
